Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Squrpit application, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the app.

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Squrpit. If you are between 13 and 17, you must obtain parental consent before using the app. If you are under 13, do not create an account — we will delete it if we find it.

Some features, including purchasing virtual items, may require you to be 18 or older, or to be the account holder on a family plan.

Your account

• You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in credentials confidential, and for everything done through your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share an account, resell access, or use automated means to act on the platform.
• You must be at least 18, or have a verified guardian, for any feature that involves spending money.

We may suspend or disable an account that breaches these terms, that endangers other users, or that we are legally required to act on. Where the law allows, we will tell you why.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish: your posts, Squrpit Sheets, stories, comments, and voice-room contributions. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of running and promoting the service — for example, showing your story to your followers or rendering your video for playback.

That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies that are already out in the wild or that we are required to keep by law.

Community guidelines

Prohibited content includes anything that:

• is abusive, hateful, threatening, or promotes violence or self-harm;
• is sexual in nature and not age-appropriate for the platform;
• is exploitative of children, or sexualises minors in any way;
• infringes intellectual property rights or privacy of others;
• impersonates another person or entity, or misrepresents your identity;
• is spam, misleading, or a scam, or promotes a deceptive scheme;
• solicits money or contacts people off-platform in a way that violates our rules or the law;
• interferes with the operation of the service, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.

We may remove content, restrict a feature, or suspend an account that breaches these guidelines. We may act without prior notice when the safety of users is at risk or where the law requires it.

Virtual items and payments

Squrpit may offer virtual items such as coins, gifts, and subscriptions. These items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase, and purchases are processed by the platform's app store.

Unless the law says otherwise, virtual items are non-refundable once delivered. Where a purchase was made in error, or where a technical failure prevented you from receiving what you paid for, contact us and we will make it right. We do not recognise any payment method other than the platform's own.

Live rooms, voice and calls

Voice rooms and live sessions are real-time spaces where other users can hear you. When you join one, you agree not to record, redistribute, or capture another participant without their consent. We may close a room, or remove a participant, where these rules are broken or where a participant is being harassed.

Our voice and video features are provided by a third-party service. Your use of it is also subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Squrpit application, its design, its name, and its software are reserved by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written permission, except where the law allows you to do so.

The name and marks of third-party services used in the app remain the property of their respective owners.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from within the app. When you do, your content is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious breach of these terms, or where continuing to provide the service would be unlawful.

Disclaimers

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content on it is accurate or appropriate for every use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Saudi Riyals. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

قبول الشروط

بإنشائك حساباً أو باستخدامك تطبيق سقرپت، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة هذه وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإن كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

متطلبات العمر

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام سقرپت. وإن كنت بين 13 و17 سنة فيجب أن تحصل على موافقة ولي الأمر قبل استخدامه. وإن كان عمرك أقل من 13 فلا تنشئ حساباً — سنحذفه إن عرفناه.

قد تتطلب بعض الميزات، مثل شراء العناصر الافتراضية، أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر، أو أن تكون صاحب الحساب ضمن خطة عائلية.

حسابات المستخدمين

• يجب أن تقدّم بيانات تسجيل دقيقة وأن تُحدّثها.
• أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وبيانات الدخول، وعن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك.
• يجب أن تُبلغنا فوراً إذا اشتبهت في استخدام غير مصرّح به.
• لا يجوز مشاركة الحساب أو إعادة بيع الوصول إليه أو استخدام أدوات آلية للتصرف على المنصة.
• يجب أن تكون بعمر 18 سنة أو أكثر، أو لديك ولي أمر موثّق، لأي ميزة تتطلب إنفاق المال.

يجوز لنا تعليق أو تعطيل أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، أو يعرّض المستخدمين الآخرين للخطر، أو حُملنا قانوناً على التصرف. وحيث يسمح القانون، سنُعلمك بالسبب.

محتواك

تبقى ملكية المحتوى الذي تنشره لك: منشوراتك وأغلفة "سقرپت شيت" وقصصك وتعليقاتك ومساهماتك في الغرف الصوتية. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً عالمياً بلا أي مقابل مالي وغير حصري لاستضافة ذلك المحتوى وتخزينه ونقله وعرضه، لغرض تشغيل الخدمة والترويج لها — مثل عرض قصتك على متابعيك أو تشغيل فيديوك.

ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذفك المحتوى أو إغلاقك حسابك، باستثناء النسخ التي انتشرت بالفعل أو التي يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها.

إرشادات المجتمع

يُمنع المحتوى الذي:

• يكون مسيئاً أو كراهيةً أو تهديدياً أو يروّج للعنف أو إيذاء النفس؛
• يكون جنسياً وغير مناسب لعمر المنصة؛
• يستغل الأطفال أو يحرّض جنسياً ضد القاصرين بأي شكل؛
• ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو خصوصية الآخرين؛
• ينتحل شخصية شخص أو جهة أخرى، أو يضّلّل عن هويتك؛
• يكون رسائل مزعجة أو مضللاً أو احتيالاً، أو يروّج لمخطط خادع؛
• يطلب المال أو يتواصل مع أشخاص خارج المنصة بما يخالف قواعدنا أو القانون؛
• يعطّل تشغيل الخدمة، أو يحاول الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أي حساب أو نظام.

يجوز لنا إزالة المحتوى أو تقييد ميزة أو تعليق حساب يخالف هذه الإرشادات. وقد نتصرف دون إشعار مسبق حين تكون سلامة المستخدمين في خطر أو يقتضي القانون ذلك.

العناصر الافتراضية والدفع

قد يقدّم سقرپت عناصر افتراضية مثل العملات والهدايا والاشتراكات. هذه العناصر بلا قيمة نقدية، ولا يمكن استبدالها بأموال، ولا يمكن نقلها خارج التطبيق. تُعرض الأسعار قبل تأكيدك الشراء، وتُعالَج المدفوعات عبر متجر التطبيقات.

ما لم يقضِ القانون بخلاف ذلك، لا تُسترد المدفوعات بعد تسليم العنصر. وإذا أُجري الشراء بالخطأ، أو منع عطل تقني وصولك إلى ما دفعت مقابله، فتواصل معنا وسنُصلح ذلك. ولا نقبل أي وسيلة دفع سوى وسيلة المتجر نفسه.

الغرف الصوتية والبث والمكالمات

الغرف الصوتية والبث الحي مساحات لحظية يسمع فيها المستخدمونك صوتك. وبعد الانضمام، فإنك توافق على عدم تسجيل مشارك أو إعادة توزيعه أو التقاطه دون موافقته. وقد نغلق غرفة أو نخرج مشاركاً عند خرق هذه القواعد أو عند تعرّض مشارك للاضطهاد.

تُقدَّم ميزات الصوت والفيديو لدينا عبر خدمة من طرف ثالث، ويخضع استخدامها لشروطهم أيضاً.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في تطبيق سقرپت وتصميمه واسمه وبرمجياته محفوظة لنا. ولا يجوز نسخ أي جزء من التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو هندسته عكسياً أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه دون إذن كتابي مسبق، إلا في الحالات التي يسمح فيها القانون.

تبقى أسماء وعلامات الخدمات المستخدمة في التطبيق ملكاً لأصحابها.

إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. وعندها يُحذف محتواك وفق سياسة الخصوصية. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط إخلالاً جسيماً، أو إذا أصبح تقديم الخدمة غير قانوني.

إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب التوفر". وإلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، نُنفي جميع الضمانات الضمنية، بما في ذلك الملاءمة لغرض معين وقابلية التسويق وعدم الانتهاك. ولا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق بلا انقطاع أو خالٍ من الأخطاء، ولا أن يكون المحتوى فيه دقيقاً أو مناسباً لكل استخدام.

تحديد المسؤولية

وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو السمعة 结果的 عن استخدامك للتطبيق. ويُحدَّد إجمالي مسؤوليتنا تجاه أي مطالبة تتعلق بالتطبيق بمقدار أيهما أكبر: المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة، أو مئة ريال سعودي. ولا يستثني أي من هذا ما لا يجوز استثناؤه قانوناً.

التعديلات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تغيّر التطبيق. يعكس التاريخ أعلى الصفحة دائماً النسخة الحالية. وفي التغييرات الجوهرية سنبلغك بالبريد الإلكتروني أو داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. وللمحاكم السعودية وحدها الاختصاص القضائي، دون إخلال بأي حماية إلزامية للمستهلك متاحة لك في بلد إقامتك.
