Who we are

Squrpit ("we", "us") is a social application for stories, live audio, voice rooms and podcasts, published by Squrpit. This policy covers the Squrpit mobile application for iOS and Android and the website at squrpit.com.

We are the data controller for the personal information described here. If you have a question about this policy or about your data, write to us at support@squrpit.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what the app needs to work. The categories are below.

• Your name, email address, and the phone number you choose to enter.
• Your username, profile picture, cover image, bio, website, and linked social profiles.
• Your birthday and gender, if you provide them. They are optional and are only used to tailor the experience.
• Your preferences: interface language, theme, and notification settings.

You can also sign in with Google or Apple. In that case we receive the email address and name from that provider — we never receive or store your password for those accounts.

• Posts, Squrpit Sheets, stories, polls, comments, and reactions you publish.
• Direct messages and the conversations they belong to.
• Voice-room sessions you host or join, and the live rooms you visit.
• Profile views, follows, close-friend lists, and blocks.

• How you interact with the app: which screens you open, searches you run, and the times you sign in.
• Device model, operating system and app version, and a push notification token used to deliver notifications to that device.
• Crash and error diagnostics used to keep the app stable.

We do not collect your location. The app never asks for the location permission and no location data is stored.

We do not collect your contacts, your photo library, or your microphone unless you deliberately use a feature that needs them — for example, recording a video or joining a voice room. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

• To create and operate your account, and to show you content and the people you follow.
• To deliver push notifications, including incoming call notifications.
• To let you find people, search, and manage your network.
• To keep the app secure: enforcing rate limits, detecting abuse, and enforcing our community rules.
• To understand which features are used so we can fix and improve them.
• To communicate service changes, security notices, and — where you have allowed it — offers.

We rely on your consent for optional processing such as precise-ish location and marketing messages, and on our legitimate interests and the performance of our contract with you for everything needed to run the service you signed up for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Each provider is bound by its own privacy terms and, where we are required to put them under the same obligations we are, by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Your account and content are kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, posts, stories, comments, messages, follows, and device tokens are permanently deleted from our systems, and your authentication record is removed.

A small audit trail of administrative actions is retained without a link to your account, and aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be kept in anonymised form. Records that we are legally required to retain, such as transaction records, are kept only for as long as the law requires.

How we protect it

• Row-level security in the database: every query is scoped to the signed-in user.
• Encryption in transit over TLS, and restricted column access for sensitive fields such as email, phone number, and balances.
• Access controls on our own administrative tooling, with privileged actions written to an audit log.
• Rate limiting and abuse detection on sign-in and write paths.
• Optional two-factor authentication, available from your security settings.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

Children's privacy

Squrpit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Users aged 13 to 17 need parental consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal information.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Delete your account and your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing messages.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

You can correct most of your profile and change your settings directly in the app. To export your data or to delete your account, use Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

International transfers

Our service providers operate in several countries. Where your information leaves the country you are in, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision to keep it protected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع ما يحتاجه التطبيق ليعمل فقط. الفئات موضحة أدناه.

• اسم المستخدم وصورة الملف الشخصي وصورة الغلاف والنبذة والموقع وحساباتك الاجتماعية المرتبطة.
• تاريخ ميلادك ونوعك، إن اخترت إدخالهما. كلاهما اختياري ويُستخدم فقط لتخصيص تجربتك.
• تفضيلاتك: لغة الواجهة، والسمة، وإعدادات الإشعارات.

يمكنك أيضاً تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple. في هذه الحالة نتلقى البريد الإلكتروني والاسم من ذلك المزوّد، ولا نتلقى أو نخزن كلمة مرورك أبداً لتلك الحسابات.

• منشوراتك وأغلفة "سقرپت شيت" وقصصك واستطلاعاتك وتعليقاتك وتفاعلاتك.
• رسائلك المباشرة والمحادثات التي تنتمي إليها.
• جلسات الغرف الصوتية التي تستضيفها أو تنضم إليها، والغرف الحية التي تزورها.
• زيارات ملفك الشخصي ومتابعاتك وقائمة أصدقائك المقربين وحظر المستخدمين.

• كيف تتفاعل مع التطبيق: الشاشات التي تفتحها، والبحث الذي تجريه، وأوقات تسجيل الدخول.
• طراز الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق، ورمز إشعار يُستخدم لإرسال الإشعارات إلى ذلك الجهاز.
• بيانات الأعطال والأخطاء المستخدمة لإبقاء التطبيق مستقراً.

لا نجمع موقعك. التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الموقع ولا يتم تخزين أي بيانات موقع.

لا نجمع جهات الاتصال ولا معرض الصور ولا المايكروفون إلا إذا استخدمت عمداً ميزة تحتاجها، مثل تسجيل فيديو أو الانضمام إلى غرفة صوتية. ولا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

• لإنشاء حسابك وتشغيله، ولعرض لك المحتوى والأشخاص الذين تتابعهم.
• لإرسال الإشعارات الفورية، بما فيها إشعارات المكالمات الواردة.
• لتمكينك من البحث عن الأشخاص وإدارة شبكتك.
• لحماية التطبيق: فرض حدود الاستخدام، وكشف إساءة الاستخدام، وتطبيق قواعد المجتمع.
• لفهم الميزات المستخدمة وإصلاحها وتحسينها.
• لإبلاغك بتغييرات الخدمة والتنبيهات الأمنية، ومع العروض حيث سمحت.

نعتمد على موافقتك للمعالجة الاختيارية مثل الموقع التقريبي والرسائل التسويقية، وعلى المصلحة المشروعة وأداء العقد معك لكل ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة التي سجّلت من أجلها.

مع من نشاركها

لا نبيع معلوماتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق، ومع الجهات الرسمية حيث يقتضي القانون.

يخضع كل مزوّد لشروط الخصوصية الخاصة به، وحيث نلتزم نحن بالتزاماته، فذلك مغطّى باتفاقية معالجة بيانات.

مدة الاحتفاظ

يُحفظ حسابك ومحتواك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً. عند حذف حسابك، يُحذف ملفك الشخصي ومنشوراتك وقصصك وتعليقاتك ورسائلك ومتابعاتك ورموز أجهزتك نهائياً من أنظمةنا، ويُزال سجل المصادقة الخاص بك.

يُحتفظ بسجل محدود للإجراءات الإدارية دون ربطه بحسابك، وقد تُحفظ إحصاءات مجمّعة غير تعريفية بصيغة مجهولة الهوية. أما السجلات التي يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها، مثل سجلات المعاملات، فتُحفظ للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون فقط.

كيف نحمي بياناتك

• أمان على مستوى الصفوف في قاعدة البيانات: كل استعلام محصور بالحساب المسجّل الدخول.
• تشفير أثناء النقل عبر TLS، وتقييد الوصول إلى الأعمدة الحساسة مثل البريد ورقم الهاتف والأرصدة.
• ضوابط وصول على أدوات الإدارة لدينا، مع تسجيل الإجراءات ذات الصلاحيات في سجل تدقيق.
• حدود استخدام وكشف إساءة الاستخدام على مسارات الدخول والكتابة.
• مصادقة ثنائية اختيارية متاحة من إعدادات الأمان.

لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً. عند حدوث اختراق يمسّ بياناتك، سنبلغك والجهة المختصة دون تأخير غير مبرر.

خصوصية الأطفال

سقرپت غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13، ولا نجمع معلومات شخصية منهم عن علم. إن اعتقدت أن طفلاً زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية، فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها. أما المستخدمون من 13 إلى 17 سنة فيحتاجون موافقة ولي الأمر.

حقوقك

قد تتمتع، بحسب مكان إقامتك، بالحق في:

• الوصول إلى معلوماتك الشخصية وتصحيحها.
• الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للنقل.
• حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
• الاعتراض على بعض المعالجات أو تقييدها.
• سحب الموافقة، والانسحاب من الرسائل التسويقية.
• تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المحلية.

يمكنك تصحيح معظم بيانات ملفك وتغيير إعداداتك مباشرة من داخل التطبيق. ولطلب تصدير بياناتك أو حذف حسابك، استخدم الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، أو راسلنا. نستجيب للطلبات الموثّقة خلال 30 يوماً.

النقل الدولي

يعمل مزوّدو خدماتنا في عدة دول. وحال انتقال معلوماتك خارج دولتك، نعتمد على البنود التعاقدية القياسية أو على قرار كفاية للحفاظ على حمايتها.

التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تغيّر التطبيق. التاريخ أعلى الصفحة يعكس دائماً النسخة الحالية. وفي التغييرات الجوهرية سنبلغك بالبريد الإلكتروني أو داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها.
